The point of the games was that they intentionally made both dragons vague and have virtually identical overlap so that there's no wrong or right answer and it all means exactly the same thing but spinning the wording and using skewed perception to create the false impression that there's a difference between them when there's not.
It's not even good obfuscation either, most of it was just rewriting dialogue and text slightly so the context appears to be changed without actually changing it. Best analogy I can think of is copying someone's homework and changing it a bit to make it less obvious that it's copied.
