Shills on twitter will defend anything, and most of them aren't pokemon fans, they may have played a few pokemon games or play sporadically, but didn't follow the leak season nor anything.

So if this image is presented to them as something gamefreak did and 'Being target of incel/gamer/white male hate', they will defend it.
