Eiscue has a dumbass broken version of Disguise where Hail replenishes it and also increaes speed and also has Belly Drum.
Beyond those 2 I am not sure what other Ice type is being memed about. To be quite frank people are blowing things out of proportions. Ice as a type is still an incredibly weak type with zero buffs to itself, and stuff like Frosmoth and Mr. Rime are fucking trash shitmons, despite all the prerelease hype they got.
