You know, say what you will about sword and shield, but there is one undeniable fact about the game: the music is some of the most therapeutic music in the entire series. I find myself often stressing about my own existence and mortality: the time I have on Earth is precious and I'm worried I'll have regrets when the end comes. More than anything, I'm afraid of death. Listening to the Sword and Shield soundtrack helped me, though: listening to it makes all of my fear of death just flow out of my body because after hearing it, death doesn't seem so bad anymore. At least in the afterlife, I probably won't have to listen to this shit ever again.
