The only salvageable parts are some of the music, some of the pokemon designs and especially the female character designs. Gamefreak is clearly pandering to waifufags, which is great.
I repeat, the series is fucking dead. Ignore these soulless cashgrabs and play some romhacks + showdown. Don't try to fix the series by review bombing the game, it won't do shit and you will only convince a few people.
All this negativity and hatred aimed at Sword and Shield is pointless because the series is ruined no matter what. All you are doing is discouraging people from buying the game and making others stop liking the series, which will reduce the amount of porn and fan art of these gorgeous girls. Game Freak doesn't give a shit about losing a small percentage of the sales.
Someone at Game Freak is designing amazing girls, knowing that with the popularity of Pokemon they will get tons of porn and cute fanart. We must protect this ecosystem and keep this soulless husk of a series going, otherwise this great waifu pandering character designer will have to go somewhere else where his designs won't be popular anymore. Pokemon must remain alive as a series.
Let the shills with no standards buy these shitty games and enjoy the result. If you convince them to drop the series, Game Freak will not give a shit anyway.
