Give it try anon, play it if you already played BW. If you haven't make sure the sequel is opposite to your box legendary. So if you chose Black you play White 2

I dropped Pokemon for like 10 years after DP released. I went back and played BW a few months ago. Judging by everything going on right now I came back at a really bad time.

I played Platinum but it's by far the game I've put the least time into, I rushed through the game with 2 Pokemon I traded from Pearl. I feel like I didn't give it a fair shot but I'm still burnt out on gen 4 ten years later

I just can't get into older gens, not because of difficulty, I'm just bored very easily
