In the cutscene its not even 25 feet tall. Also GF has no idea how colossal something over 100 meters looks as even Eternamax's size is much much smaller than it should be.

Yeah most of the "canon measurements" don't make much sense to me. Some Pokemon are absolutely enormous, and others are extremely tiny. And I don't mean that in a good way, either.

Sure, Wailord is a cute joke that was 100% made up bu fans to cover Gamefreak's ass by accident that they just rolled with, but look at Onix.
Onix is made out of fucking styrofoam.
Honestly, Eternatus, too. It might actually be believable, if you assume this big spikey boi is all tiny fiberglass riblets, but even then, that's pushing it.
