During cutscenes appearently the game checks every time that it is being played on console or has a console nearby I think.

Don't quote me on that though.

Also, did Let's Go have something like that on release and if it did, how long did it take to bypass it? The most I remember was that the game crashed when nicknaming your Pokemon, but it's fixed now.
