>>41197208Well first in BW2 Ghetsis tried to sucker punch the player by attacking directly with Kyurem, which would have been game over if N didn't appear.
Then in USUM after losing he takes Lillie hostage, necessitating Colress's intervention.
Ghetsis also gets really nasty on a personal level, adopting an orphan solely to raise the kid as a figurehead, twisting his perception of the world by exposing him only to abused pokemon, and insulting him as a subhuman freak for his ability (which he was adopted for in the first place) when things go awry.
Unlike Maxie, Archie, or even Lysandre, he doesn't have good intentions.
Unlike Lusamine, he isn't driven mad by grief.
Unlike Guzma, he isn't just a harmless thug lashing out at the world.
Unlike Giovanni, he doesn't have honor.
The only one comparable is Cyrus, but even that guy has a shred of decency and is implied to be conflicted deep down.
