Just go on the Nintendo customer support page and find the live chat. Usually, they'll get you to call right after and they'll should have the info from the chat ready to go

I just told them the truth that I enjoyed purchasing games on there, but Sword/Shield ended being disappointing titles that didn't live up to their previous entries.

This was before it came out, mind you so you could probably use the save bug as an excuse too

BW1 still has my least favorite earlygame because the pokemon selection sucks for a while but I still like the music and the interactions with Cheren and Biance. It's still a good story.
