And by other games like Breath of the Wild. Nintendo released a fix for that issue but it seems that it popped out again, maybe something in the code of SS eludes the bugfix.

Because it seems that the brick is caused by games somehow accessing blocks of memory they aren't supposed to access. Nintendo patched things with a system update but the more games come out the higher the chances are of another game eluding Nintendo's fix.
