Is it really? I got a few Zigzagoons in a regular run through of the route like it was nothing

Catching Sizzlepede was fucking cancer though, spent like 2-3 hours going through bushes and he didn't even have Flash Fire.

I saw at least three Zigzagoon on route 2, overworld encounter rate is more common than random encounter rate. Literally just running around route for a while, Zigzagoon will come out.
