>>41232007Zeta/Omicron, Insurgence and Uranium are the big ones. Z/O was one of the first big projects that actually finished so it kinda shows its age, especially in comparison to the guy's second shot Insurgence. Uranium is solid enough, but the Fakemon designs are very hit and miss.
Good hacks are Crystal Clear (true open world Pokemon), Prism, Light Platinum, Gaia, and if you want a spruced up vanilla experience Drayano's stuff is generally accepted as the best way to experience Gen 4/5.
