>>41239481So I basically started by saying: Hey, can you address the potential issues with data loss or system "bricking" that is reportedly being caused by Pokémon Sword and Shield?
Their reply:
"I sincerely apologize for the delay. We appreciate your concerns on the matter, but I would encourage you to play the game regardless of what you have heard about. If you encounter any issues while playing this title, we would be happy to troubleshoot the issue from there."
I then pretty much said: That's cool, but my system isn't under warranty anymore. I don't want to pay for repairs if an official, legitimate game breaks my stuff.
Their reply:
"I can understand that, you wouldn't want to suddenly come to a situation that would require further costs. If you found yourself in that kind of situation, what I'd recommend is calling us between 6:00am through 7:00pm Pacific Time. I'm sure that we would be able to work something out if the issue was caused by a legitimate copy of Pokemon Sword or Pokemon Shield.
We're always happy to address any sort of inquiries fans like you could have. I hope you have a good rest of your day regardless."
Basically, don't bother us until you actually have a problem. Also, just play it dude. It's totally fine.
