This is due to the fact that the female's role in procreation is vastly more expensive than the male's role (i.e. one man can procreate with hundreds of women, but a woman is limited by the necessity of her energy being dedicated to the gestation and rearing of children).
Females being the limiting factor gives them the incentive to be more selective in their partner choice.
So, effectively, we're all subject to an evolutionary process that requires two disparate groups, where one is required to put in a massive amount of primary effort and very little secondary effort, and another group that is required to do very little primary effort and a massive amount of secondary effort (primary effort being the act of gestation and to an extent rearing, and secondary effort being the act of proving oneself worthy by being capable of acquiring and maintaining provisions, or at least having traits signaling possession of that capability).
All that's required of females is that they have base capabilities, and they even falter on that, because male thirst often makes males willing to compensate for a female's downfalls.
This is why so many women are in debt, are single mothers, go to college for dumb shit, and have victim complexes. They just mindlessly want or do things and don't consider the consequences because their shit is covered up or fixed by other people. Then when they keep falling in their own shit, they refuse to take any responsibility, shifting the blame onto others. It doesn't help that males enable these behaviors by white knighting, either directly, or through governmental means, such as welfare, quotas, and grants.
