Like my inmediate thought is that it was trash, but after watching the Pyro Ball animation and the kicking/football theme I feel its the one who fits the more the stadium-gyms.
You could argue it's a feminine design but it really isn't, no matter how much of a furry sperg you wanna be, they made sure its chest is completely flat to screw over furryfags. Its cry doesnt sound girly/cute at all either (compared to Primarina, for example).
Finally its walking animation is not forced-feminine either. It awkwardly walks like its stomping on eggs, looking like what would happen if you forced an actual bunny to walk on its two oversized back legs.
They made sure not to turn it into a waifumon, and I also like how it's not exclusively a male design either. The pointy cheeks, ears and eyes scream "speedy", it has a flame on top of its head symbolizing fire, and the humanoid body for once makes sense since the point for it to look like a football player.
Its smile also looks kind of smug.
I don't like the fact that it looks like it's wearing clothes. Like how do you explain this? Is that its skin? Its coat? They could have made it more natural and not like somebody just put a short and a tanktop on it the moment it evolved.
