You can get it after the second gym.
Shaking grasses in the road next to Galar mine n°2.
The spawn rate is low though

How rare is this thing? I'm running around everywhere the dex tells me it's supposed to be but I can't find it.
I don't see it in the overworld, nor in the grass, are they in the berry trees or something?
