Been seeing this often and I think it's the same issue I have with people wanting Luxray to be part dark. What does Vespiquen have or do that justifies dark typing? I don't think commanding Combee to fight is particular malicious. I'd argue that Psychic or fighting may fit better

A firefly that tricks lost people into thinking it wants to guidd them back to a city/camp/whatever but instead intentionally leads them deeper in the woods just to laugh at them and see them scared. An asshole bug.

Maybe a snake sort of creature that injects venom into its prey and said venom gives them trippy hallucinations. It could have weird patterns on its scales, like lots of circles.

A kangaroo that can either attack by standing on its tail and delivering powerful kicks, or uses its tail to sweep through the ground creating a small sand cloud that temporarily blinds its foes.

Don't know about which creature could fit, but it could be something that works sort of like Morpeko. It presents itself as a kind and pure being, maybe all cutesy and pink, but it can mode change into a corrupted looking version of itself, maybe purple, with a wicked face and body posture looking more menacing, literally a toxic being.

Girafarig is okay because it has 2 heads. So on one side it's a normal giraffe, and on the other it's a weird psychic chain chomp abomination.
If there was something like a normal/bug animal with fleas, or a normal/steel animal in armor, then that would also make sense.
