I mean, maybe they are if you're a drone and have zero standards for a Pokemon game beyond "be Pokemon", which is the case for a lot of fans sadly, but if you're looking for a game that does literally anything interesting and isn't literally the easiest game in the franchise short of LGPE (and I'm not even certain about that), it's not even worth the effort to pirate it.
Maybe we'll get an USUM situation where the second versions are slightly less rushed and hyper-baby-mode, but I'm not holding my breath.
