The only real hint of you thinking of the subject as a 3D object comes from you realizing that shading is a thing you should do, but the way you're doing it is more like imagining separate parts as cardboard cutouts on a slightly elevated layer, which is most obvious on the hair.
The elongated shape also suggests you were drawing one specific thing and slowly moving on to the next (as in first head, then neck, then upper body etc.) instead of laying out an initial very rough sketch of the full body to make sure the entire body is in proportion rather than just the small details. This is very common for beginners though so I'm not surprised.
If you're serious about wanting to draw, you should do some gesture drawing practice - or, rather, look up resources on how and what exactly you should practice, because you need to learn actual fundamentals. I wouldn't even worry about colors yet, that all is just going to slow down your progress.
