What is /padt/? Also I guess I can kinda understand why some would still prefer XYZ, it is better than SM in multiple areas and perhaps those happen to be the areas they're most interested in. But alas, I don't know how retarded they might be over it.

Don't worry the anime is retconning Serena's existence and had Ash's accomplishments in Kalos be insignificant in contrast to Alola. They also removed the references to XY in the opening posts. You can go back now if those were troublesome for you.

If you think abuot it, it's pretty obvious a bunch of manchildren obsessed with a children's anime would turn out to become this autistic.

Though why are series like AG and DP discussed so rarely when compared to the other two?

The thing I really don't get is why /padt/ still continues to insist on dwelling on Serena and XY, when virtually every other Pokemon anime discussion site on the planet has either moved on to newer seasons. And the funny thing is that if you point that out to /padt/, they'll tell you to leave and go to those places, instead of actually dropping the XY stick.

Meanwhile, the sad thing is that, as poorly received SM was in many parts of the internet, people who actually liked SM aren't really welcome on /padt/. If you say good things about SM there, you get dismissed as a shitposter, even if you really meant what you said. While there are many SM shitposters in that thread (including that one person who keeps insisting that Aurelia is canon), there are people who genuinely liked the series and even explain why, and yet they're not welcome there at all.
