What're you using your apricorn balls on? So far I've only decided on heavy ball copperajah.

I plan on using a moon ball on authentic Polteageist. Also fast ball for Centiscorch. Dusk ball Grimmsnarl and quick ball octopus are some other really fitting options.

What is your plan for Dragapult?

I still want to catch a Snom and a Toxicitry though. What can you put a Snom in that's not a premier ball? What suits Toxicitry at all?

I actually made this thread in the hope of getting dragapult suggestions.
Also can't decide between using the one lure ball on a drednaw or a barraskewda.

Dragapults red tipped horns match the red notches on a Great ball, solid choice if you ask me. Lure ball isn't bad either but not quite as good.

For Toxtricity I was torn between quick and dream, but then I learned that you get a baby one in luxury so I'll just go with it. It's is hard enough to use a team of new pokemon I love when I HAVE to use a nice ball and have the right ability (so no HA mons on the first playthrough)

Apparently in the last city. Luckily I have some friends that don't care about the balls so they will give me theirs.

Pic related is how I planned my team lol. Ended up using dive ball Barraskweda instead of Alcremie when I learned you can get dive balls in the wild area. At least this is what I plan, it changed too muck and I am before the first gym.

I was thinking of using my Heavy Ball on Duraludon or Durant but I’d rather just wait until someone else does it for me and circulates some of those into the trade economy

Because I'm autistic about having no repeats, and since I got Barraskewda on route 2 my only options for it were pokeball and premier ball. So premier was already claimed, cant use it on Snom.

It irks me a little but I try to not let it ruin me. I can suggest to catch another Arrokuda in a dive ball from the wild area
and free the premier ball. Unless you have used it for a while and don't want to replace it which is understandable.

Hone claws is a move that boosts attack and accuracy. It works well with the ability hustle which gives a 50% boost to attack but lowers you accuracy.
Durant can only learn it through a TM from gen 5/6 so if you want it, it won't be on a heavy ball. You can always just use a choice band set however or don't let competitive affect your balltism.

There "was", but you could only see it if you transfered a caught pokemon in it. You couldn't get one in game to catch pokemon with.

You could use it in gen 7, but then Durant wasn't catchable. With how breeding currently works you can't get a Durant in a heavy ball with the move hone claws.
