Sadly Dubwool, like many Galar mons, is extremely subpar as a Pokemon, as it Defensively looks meh outside of Fluffy, has little offensive presence, and it has a extremely limiting movepool. There are a couple movesets which can possibly make it useful but are experimental at best. The first is a Cotton Guard T-Wave statuser/Resto Chesto that is a discount Furfrou and the other is a traditional SD set with whatever coverage it can muster.
