>>41298780This isn't even the full picture, it gets worse when you compare the areas and routes themselves. SWSH areas are tiny and lack any kind of nuance whatsoever, literally gen 1 areas on the Game Boy have more to them.
SWSH is a hollow shell of a game, it's below the bare minimum and the only thing stopping it from being literally shovelware in the same league as some Data Design Interactive game is the Pokemon core formula itself, which people can't get enough of and it blinds them to how truly godawful this game is.
