They are like TMs, but break after one use like the old games. All of the good moves are now TRs, and TMs now just hold a bunch of useless shite like Scary Face and Charm
You get TRs through raids. You always get TRs after a raid, but they are a random TR of whatever the raid boss's type was.
The second way of getting them is through this shitty new currency called Watts, where you have to grind on some shitty minigames (or wait another day for dens to refresh) to be able to afford one from the (again, randomized) Watt traders in the wild area
