She's just kind of bulky with some special strength and mid tier speed, and her abilities are cool but not broken. It means she's versatile but in competitive Pokemon if you aren't minmaxed you're useless. She got practically nothing new this Gen and losing her Mega was killer.
Hatterene is slow so she's good in Trick Rooms, and she gets access to a very useful ability in Magic Bounce.
