I find that gen 1,3,5,7 generation fans are very outspoken and has the most fanatic fanbases while gen 2,4,6 are more quiet and not brought up as much.

Gen 4 currently stands as the most universally liked Generation among fans but even so, whenever you see someone being noisy about Gen 4 most of the times it's just sperglords having a 20-reply rant about how much they hate it and how the "zoomer" boogeyman stole their ice cream

You're automatically assuming that everyone who is calling OP out for making a stupid statement hates Gen 4 in an attempt to justify their actions. That's rabid fanbase behaviour.
Gen 6 is the only Gen with a quiet fanbase and that's largely a result of how much smaller it is compared to every other Generations.

The only good thing about Gen 6 is the new pokemon. Beyond that, it's just a slog to play, the story is bullshit, there's a stench of 11th hour rewrites and edits every step of the way, and it started the trend of "see that mountain? You can't climb it" with things like the Powerplant or whatever just existing but getting a single text box.

People shit on all generations (though Johto does seem to get the least of it) and the only reason you're noticing it is because you have nostalgia for the generation people shit on. Also, I don't want sinnoh remakes. Platinum was the definative edition of Sinnoh and I will never say otherwise until gamefreak is no longer making pokemon games.
