>>41307246Truthfully, I don't think it could. The only monster game that really had fusions was Monster Rancher, and it came at the expense of diversity. Yeah, you had 400~ monsters... split into about 18 types that you could cross with each other. And even then, it wasn't a perfect mix: Sure there were 25 Pixies that had attributes of their fused partner, but then you had Undine which had... one. So Pokemon's 800+ creatures offering fusion the way a lot of people want... I don't see it as feasible for anyone.
