True response though is that they rushed it because of TPCi's demands and trying to get the holiday rush.
Iwata being dead also means gamefreak no longer has anyone to ask for help, and they are either too ashamed/prideful to ask help from anyone else (Iwata probably insisted to fix it himself since GF most likely triggered his programming autism).
