Victor and Gloria atm are a pain on the ass to get as there's no default base model for them in the files which means they'd need to be reassembled to be used

Haven't really used XNAlara myself but, I'm not 100% certain yet it seems like Blender is the only way to get models ready to be imported and used in XNAlara which sounds pretty annoying to deal with

You can import them by clicking File and then highlighting Import and clicking .FBX, then leading Blender to where you have the FBXs downloaded

That's how the bones look. If toy want to change that, go to the Armature tab and choose one of the highlighted options. Make sure to turn on X ray, too.

Go to the highlighted tab on the botttom left, then, on the upper right, click that once. Move up through the menu until you get to "Diffuse".

Oh, those are the bones of the model, Blender usually fucks up their end directions so they're random spikes around but they still function perfectly. Don't forget to turn on the xray on the tab with the white stickman icon on it,as then you can see all the bones (>>41319844

As it's 2.79, here's a very useful tutorial specifically for Pokémon models, should still work well with the SWSH models

2.8's a little more of a hassle as it uses Nodes, I haven't used it too much yet as my computer suffers with it but I've used Cycles and i'm guessing it shouldn't be too different
I'm very bad at explaining how these Nodes work but you can check out https://docs.blender.org/manual/en/latest/editors/texture_node/index.html#node-types that has all the info you'll need and lots of other stuff too
