There are a lot of pokemon that appear to be wearing clothes. Gardevoir, Throh, Sawk, Mawile, Lucario, and now Cinderace (the latter two being a debate between some fans about their "pants"). What I want to know is, how would you explain the existence of these "clothes" in universe? Are they a part of the pokemon, what would happen if they're damaged in battle, and can they be removed?
