So why didnt GameFreak "just" hire another company to make a RPG maker-esque tool for them, instead of importing the 3DS stuff? Or make one on their own, but we know how that would pan out. Since we are gonna stay on Switch for another 5 years or so, wouldn't that make the development of future pokemon games alot easier?
