Better than Gen 6 and 7. Pretty fun overall despite its flaws. Wild Area and Battle Tower and VS online are enough of a Skinner box to keep my playing.

I will be honest with these human designs.

It seems like Gamefreak has put more thought on the HUMANS than on the Pokemon. Hell, some humans look more like Pokemon that some Pokemon.

It looks like Gamefreak don't want to work with Pokemon anymore.

A lot of humans have great designs but they should have made them appear on their own outside battles like Gen 7, since they only have a couple lines of dialogue.
