Set up sun with max fire (or use torkoal), then get speed boosts max flying. Focus blast is for coverage against tyranitar/other rocks and dpulse is for stuff like haxorus/dragapult so you don't have to risk hurricanes, but solarbeam is good for killing rotom which is everywhere.
This set still has all of the problems of Y (walled by pex, loses momentum against opposing weather) but is pretty fun to mess around with. If you're confident you can keep rocks off, I would use life orb to really nuke things. I also ran this set with torkoal so I wouldn't need to max it to get sun going. Theres a real lack of sun abusers right now (basically shiftry), so you'll have to play around with other teammates.
