How do I obtain a high IV Ditto in Sword and Shield?
To obtain a high IV Ditto you have two options: Go to the lake of Outrage and search for a Ditto with yellow aura or obtain a Ditto from a Max Raid Battle. I would recommend the latter as it's probably less tedious. Max Raid Dittos are found at Den 66 (in the stony wilderness above the nursery secluded in its own corner) if you keep throwing wishing pieces into it eventually you will get a 4-5 star Ditto raid that results in that precious high IV Ditto. I've gotten 2 3IV Dittos, a 4IV Ditto, and a 5IV Ditto from both methods.

You could also beg for a 6IV Ditto but I don't think that's worked out for anyone yet.
