Can they not just ban specific shit like gothetelle shadow tag and speed boost blaziken while leaving the rest fine?? It took them a good year to do that shit with megas and mega stones instead of just banning the mon to OU in charizards case when normal charizard is dog

Smogon doesn't want to deal with Shadow Tag, even if the users arent viable.

Wobb is a complete shitmon since the Encore nerf. Now tha Chansey isn't in the game, Gothita/Gothorita lose 1v1 to everything woth using except Pex. They're all awful but Smogon won't touch them with a 1000 foot pole because there are "replays of people winning with Gothorita stall" (They're all replays of people winning 5v6 where Gothorita has no impact on the game at all)
