The difference about pokemon fans and fans of other series is that, while the latter will rightfully boycott a game that is insulting to the customer, the former would even buy a literal steaming piece of shit if it had "pokemon" written on it.
This series is doomed. You have two options now: move on and play better games from other series, or play the good old pokemon games. Or keep sperging out and wasting your time on the internet, even though nothing will change. That too i guess.
