Since Venusaur and Blastoise are already coded in and confirmed to be obtainable in the near future the question is simple: has anybody checked it? You know, hackers or simple amateur editors and injectors, have they done it? The thing...THAT one thing...does Blastoise STILL shoot a single Hydro Pump blast from his mouth or abdomen? I was told these games were an ambitious project that focused on models and quality animations so that they even cut like half of the existing Pokemon to make it this good, is it true?
