>>41323898They should've been the main villains, they complete Sonia's character arc, are more of a present threat than Chairman Rose (and also more antagonistic), have a more relevant tie to Zacian and Zamazenta as well as the legendary's plot which involves uncovering the truth of the Darkest Day from all that time ago, then you've got their followers which come off as cult-like in personality sort of like a darker refraction of Team Yell since both subordinates are devoted to their respective leader/s but Team Yell doesn't really go that far.
