i dont get how johto is unbalanced. i keep hearing this talking point. yes 3 johto mons are in kanto however the gym leaders are the 2nd most difficult next to r/s gym leaders, the battle tower is the most challenging facility to date and it pretty much pioneered what makes a pokemon game good. plus the music is as good as unova's.
