Fellow Gatr bros I have a conundrum. A couple months ago I hatched my first ever shiny Totodile in Silver. I was planning on bringing him up through Bank/Home to use him as my “starter” in Sword/Shield. Obviously that isn’t possible now.

So do I raise him in a gen 2 game? Or do I transfer him to gen 7 and raise him in Alola?

That fucking sucks, have a T-posing Gatr family as consolation. Personally, I was gonna go for an all-ribbons challenge with Dusclops, but the whole dex cull totally killed my motivation for it, even if Dusclops can still get transferred into gen 8 because it probably won't be able to get transferred in gen 9
