Don't know if it's a real concern for my switch, but it worked to quiet the part of my brain that was wanting to buy.

I didn't buy it and dont plan to ever buy it either but we knew we'd be in the minority and fanboyisim has grown far too powerful.

The series is dead unless the pendulum swings once more and oversaturation of the product causes people to get sick and tired of it. I do, however, believe we exist in a time where that might never come just due to social trends.
