Got a gen 7 living dex, as well as 2 boxes of shinies and like 90% of the different forms (gender included.) Looks like my living dex is gonna stay there too, I'm not buying another game until national dex is confirmed. I see it as a good thing desu, first did the living dex for gen 6 and updating it was really easy in gen 7. The way I see it the longer I wait the more rewarding getting the full national dex will be in future generation.

Completed the Dex twice. In Pearl and a living Dex in XY.

I almost completed my Dex in Crystal as a kid. I was about less than 10 away from completing it. I didn't have Red nor was there a legit way to catch Celebi.

Finished my living dex in Gen VI, then added all of Alola to it. Currently emulating older games on my phone and on a mission to catch them all there as well.

Complete living dex with forms and gender differences sitting in Bank, all Legendaries/Mythicals Level 100, Hyper Trained, EV trained and with competitive movesets. Have not bought SwSh and don’t plan to, nor do I plan on getting Home. If GF doesn’t fix this shit, then I’m transferring them all back to USUM, cancelling Bank, and waiting until they do.

completed a living dex in ultra sun three days before the culling announcement was made at nintendo treehouse.
unless I see any changes to the quality of future games I'll most likely just stick to replaying everything gen 5 and before every now & then – currently working on completing the dex in emerald again after my previous save corrupted.

Felt like a massive undertaking. Pal Park and later in gen 5 that crossbow game were annoying with the daily caps.

I caught them all in Omega Ruby. Basically caught and trained all mons in game, took advantage of all event mons, and dumped mons in GTS for months on end until I completed the dex.
