Route 216 (both Day and Night) has imo the best Route Theme the series has ever done, there is nothing that really compares. Then on top of all of DPPt you've got HGSS taking the music from RGBY and GSC improving on the best tracks from those games and then some, HGSS also contains easily my favourite track in the series Vs. Ho-Oh.
