>>41336181I'm in the same boat as you since finishing ORAS OP. I've been avoiding as much information as I can and going into the games as blind as possible since SM. I find that way I can still appreciate the remaining novelty of the main series as much as possible despite how much the quality has regressed. This time around I was really able to enjoy Sword because my sister was playing it concurrently. It made for good bonding as we traded and did raids together as we progressed through the story at similar rates.
But yeah, like what everyone else here is saying; find other games to get into, or better yet, invest in yourself and
pick up other hobbies that help you delegate gaming to a casual past-time. Be part of the audience that GF markets to now.
