Why would I be at fault for using an unbreedable Pokemon? The shitty game design should be at fault, not me. The last two gens allowed you to reset EVs easily without much effort, now you have to bust your ass for days to do the same thing. It really seems like this aspect of the game was overlooked for some reason this time around, and that’s strange since they added some quality of life improvements for competitive like adding nature mints.

Seriously with all the QOL training improvements in the game I was fully expecting an NPC that resets EVs even at a cost but nope. Your story bros are fucked and its more worthwhile just breeding for natures as usual because you dont get more than 2 BP per battle at the tower.

It was looking too good to be true for us competitive chads.

Hopefully Home accumulates BP like Bank, because thats where I got 70% of my BP in USUM

I don't get GF's logic of removing features to make each region feel unique. The fact that I'm in a different region with different Pokemon from the one I was just in makes it unique enough. Like, there was NO reason to remove the PSS, easily the pinnacle of online play in Pokemon, for the fucking Festival Plaza, a clunky, overly-simplified, "baby's first online" mode. The Y-Comm was a step back in the right direction, but even then it has its problems.

Or better yet, just breed a new mon, give it a macho brace, and get it done in 30-40 minutes.
