This is true for most players, but the problem isn't the healing. It's the lack of competent battles.
I actually support the healing between E4 and don't mind most of the free heals in the games (SwSh takes it way too fucking far though) because I don't believe that going into a battle handicapped should be a form of challenge to your skill, only resource management which I'll get to. You should be able to go into a battle with a fully healthy team and still have the threat of losing. If the battle has no challenge in the first place, then being down a little HP or PP won't exactly make the battle harder - just more tedious. For important battles like the E4, each battle should be a completely fresh slate of fully prepared and healthy Pokemon with a fair degree of difficulty to it. But we don't get that. Every battle is piss-easy. The heals don't really matter, because you'd sweep them regardless, but it still exacerbates the ridiculously braindead gameplay.
Dungeons however shouldn't have heals. You should be prepared to go into them, stocking up on items beforehand so that you won't have to run when the going gets tough (which never happens in Pokemon, sadly). Don't have enough Potions to heal or status-healing items? Tough shit, should have prepared. But for a Gym Leader, E4 or Champion Battle - it should be fair. No "ha ha should have brought ethers" bullshit, just a proper battle against a good NPC.

Not defending the game cause there are some major issues and your other points aren’t completely wrong. But if you’re gonna complain, do it right.
The game is waaaaay too short with 0 content after the 2 day mark.
There’s nothing to explore like other games such as caves, sunken ships, hidden forests, sprawling towers that unlock after beating the game, or otherwise.
Y-comm is trash and riddled with bugs like not refreshing or allowing you to refresh without frequently forcing it to
Weather lasting an entire REAL LIFE DAY is retarded and makes the game stale after the first 30 minutes of realizing you can’t catch what you want and having to wait 24 hours to do so.

Saying subjective shit like “designs are trash,” also makes you look like a child. Criticism requires objectivity.

And traveling between areas is a waste of time too, you're just going to the next area anyway you should just get teleported to the next area automatically without even having to use the analog stick.

Pokemon levels should be the next to go, they should all just be level 100, you're just going to level them anyway and it's a waste of time. Forced exp share was a step in the right direction but it doesn't go far enough. They should also all have max IVs, no one wants to breed or farm for a good pokemon.

And on the matter of saving money for important stuff, why even have it at all? Why should I have to play the game to get obviously needed consumables like pokeballs and potions when the game could just give them to me for free so I can focus on more important stuff like curry?

Also 400 pokemon is way too many, the first game only had 150 and I couldn't even catch them all then, why were only 65% of the pokemon cut? If anything I shouldn't even have to hunt for them I'm just going to try to catch them all anyway I should just start with them in the box.

SwSh is a game that respects my time 9.3/10
