im finally jumping the sinking ship ship after sworshie, the question now is, which franchise should i jump to, pic related or dragon quest xi?

I'm at chapter 8. I thought I was near the end but it turns out I'm not even midway. Besides I'll have to raise my Ultimates to level 45 and then I'll have to de-digivolve back to Fresh to raise my ABI, because I cannot evolve to Mega with less than 20 ABI.

I know its completely justified in the lore and setting, doesnt mean I have to enjoy it.
I play smt for the visuals and music but its barely a monsters game in my book
