Actual trans know how much of a suffering life can be, that's why they try to live as normally as possible and they never out themselves as trannies. A ftm calls himself a man, not a trans man, for example. They don't try to gather attention, on the contrary.
Now these people on the other hand, they're all in it for the attention, for the spotlight, for having others call them "You're so beautiful and strong!!". Their lives are so empty and devoid of meaning that they make their entire personality revolve around the fact that they're "trans". They're so miserable that they want everyone to suffer just like them. For example, when Prince George was born many trannies kept saying "I hope he grows up to be a strong girl!" and actual trans kept replying "Why would you wish something so awful and life debilitating as that? Being trans is a curse, stop pretending it's something cute!"
So basically yeah, they're all unironically mentally ill and they have nothing else going on with their lives, which is why their two only ways of thinking is "this has the color pink, it's trans positive", "this said something about two genders, this is problematic and offensive".
