Anyone think Rose was originally planned to be Marnie and Piers' father, but the plotline was cut?
>Marnie is basically irrelevant in the story, which is weird given marketing
>Spikemuth's situation would make Rose's motivation a bit more personal

This is just a theory but it does feel like the main narrative is missing stuff, and if there were cuts it would explain it. It also feels like Bede was written out too. I imagine he might have assisted against Rose but when the conclusion ended up being an elevator tower and a few fights there was no room for it.
